How to become mentally tougher as a Triathlete and why its important
In this episode, I talk about mental toughness and why becoming mentally tougher is important to you as triathletes.
I also talk about why attempting to switch your focus when in the hurt locker as a coping strategy actually has a negative effect.
Along with a key focus, on improving your mental toughness.
This is a particular element of mental performance that is important to me and my athletes and so will be recording more episodes about this, with other tools and strategies.
