The Triathlon Mental Performance Podcast
How to prevent setbacks - A less than expected performance
In this episode, I talk about how to avoid setbacks in terms of a less-than-expected performance on race day.
For many athletes, the mental challenge when not achieving a particular time on race day can be significant.
I have many athletes on my overcoming setbacks program that are experiencing these very challenges.
Whilst great for business, from a humane perspective, I wish they had taken the advice that I talk about in this episode.
